30 day return policy

We will accept returns on defective merchandise only within 30 days from date of delivery. Please contact a customer representative at 818-799-3934 to obtain an RMA number and further instructions for a reprint.

We may ask you in certain cases to provide a scan or fax copy of the defective cards. If the cards are incorrect due to our own error, a reprint will be issued. If the cards have a misprint due to a proof which was approved, but the customer missed the error then a reprint cannot be issued.

• Any refunds over $100 will be issued via a company check and mailed to the customer.

• If your product is returned within 30 calendar days of receiving it, and it meets our conditions for a refund, you will receive a full refund.

• Refunds are not given for products in the customer's possession greater than 30 calendar days.

• Any orders which required design assistance will be refunded 50% of the total amount charged for the order.
